1st grow - outdoor - Autoflowers & Regular

Recommended Posts

Had a plant between a shed and fence on a 40+ last summer and it burnt the crap out of the leaves. Those that were stuffed I trimmed away and the gave it a dose of Seasol and took it out of the direct sun for a day. Back into the sun and away it went turned out really well, good buds, plenty of them. Don't know whether I lucked out and my plant pulled through or I did the totally wrong thing. End result plant lived and I toked for quite some time on the proceeds.

Pretty much what i did, plant grew like nothing happened and is growing ever faster now all the bottom branches are really shooting up

LST is continuing on it n workin a charm! love it.

I keep losing seeds tho im onto my last regular seed..i soak em, then plant em wit tiny tap root showing and they seem to jst dry out :/ 4 days later i check soil and its theyve grown a bigger tap root but its completely dry and the seed case hasnt really come off it :(.

plant seed into whatever your growing in, about 10mm - 15mm deep. no other plant in the world is started by soaking seeds on paper. avoid touching newly opened seeds and you wont kill them.

plant seed pointy end up, when taproot emerges it will turn 180 degree and grow down, if you plant other way up then root will come out and turn towards light only to struggle and turn around again...... if in doubt, plant seed sideways.

Updates here

Chronic at 10/11 weeks old...very happy with how its responding to the LST and how it recovered from the burn/heat stress. 1 of the lower branches has now taken over the top of the plant as you can see in 1 of the pics.

Amnesia haze autoflower is at 4 weeks old..pretty slow growth but hopefully better weather will allow for faster growth in the next few weeks :(

Might aswell update now since i have time...

Vision seeds amnesia auto is almost 5 weeks old already in flower... looks like its gna produce hardly anything but was worth the experiment.

Chronic is at week 12 and looking good! When should i be changing the pot and to how big of a pot?

I gave em both 1/4 strength nitrosol feed bout 4 days ago, will be giving them a seasol feed tomorrow and rotating nitrosol/seasol every 4-5 days or as needed still. Havnt got any specific nutes for the autoflower while its flowering which would you guys recommend?

There is some yellowish patches on the leaves of the chronic that ive noticed..anyone know what it might be? I tried to take a photo of it in 1 of them but its hard to make out clearly

Hopefully someone chimes in..gettin abit lonely in here haha

They need to eat... How much dynamic lifter is in there.... I have no idea on the lifter but most potting mixes only feed the plant for a few months or so, and probably err on the light side of feeding.

Not really sure as it comes premixed.. ill probly stick to every 3rd watering to feed it from now see how it goes

Really keen to try out autos in more perlite..hopefully get decent weather and get them to actually grow :( this 1 is kinda embarrassing lol
