i bid on it and its reasnably cheap especially since the exchange rate!! its for a 4x7x2ft space.... any information would be greatly appecaited

2 things that I smirked about though is-

a/ I personally dont like metal reflectors because they can create hotspots in your grow room.

 

b/ is that a good price where you live? GBP 49.99 Approximately US $90.96 is bloody expensive if your in Australia.

Im in the states im yet to find anything better should I look for something diffrent or do you have any suggestions???

Coming from the UK it is probably a 240v set-up which means you wouldn't be able to plug it into your mains power (110v), however you can probably run it from your stove power supply which is usually about 220v.

oh damn i complty forgot that, unless i get a voltage adapter those stove style plugs will be like like a big neon sign in my closet space ill have to retract it and look elsewhere thank you!!!!!!

Haven't heard of anyone completing a grow with those lights yet, they should work ok but being a fluoro you probably wouldn't get the light penetration through the canopy that you would get with a HID.

they would be ideal as extra lighting though, ie- side lighting or under canopy lighting.

but if you want a decent harvest stick with HPS.

or in the ideal world MH for veg and HPS for flowering.

It will work quite well although I feel you should keep looking and check out ones that supply a Phillips brand Son-T-Agro globe, that is currently the best light to suit your needs.
