need advice from grower in SOUTHERN NSW

need some advice from growers in southern nsw with growing exp in the high country  my question is I have a sativa dominate strain and was wondering when the best time is to germinate seeds and to plant them out in the forrests any advice would be great  cheers

Sorry I cant help, I'm south but coastal.

General rule of thumb is after last frost. Probably well into October up there. Good luck.

Some of the best smoko I ever had was grown around Jindy. It was 25 years ago, light lime green and very trippy so I guess it was Sativa.

Frost will be the biggest killer of the plants once that has gome u will b rite to plant out.

 

If you can start them off at home then take them out to the area u r going to plant...

pop them now... grow for 3 weeks under a light then transplant fathers day into the wilderness

We could still have snow falls in the high country for the next month... doubt his 3 week old seedlings would like it very much.

 

Husky and Ozzy are on the money... you don't want to plant outside until after the risk of frosts has passed. If it aint warm enough for your tomatoes it aint warm enough for weedlings.

 

When I was growing in the hills we didn't plant out until mid November.
