Anonymous Internet Browsing - Tor

Hi Guys,

Back when I first heard about Silk Road and how people were successfully buying and selling drugs and other items online I became curious as to how they managed this. The answer, was Tor. It allows people to access the internet anonymously so that no can monitor your activities. You can read into it further at https://www.torproject.org/.

I am using it now to access OZStoners. It provides some peace of mind, for me anyway.

I hope you find this in some way helpful.

Also, I am in no way suggesting that you use Tor to purchase drugs online or delve into some dark, messed up corner of the internet.

You need to do some more reading, Tor does not protect you fully while browsing the normal internet, only when using onion sites. If you want to be secure and anonymous you need to use a VPN.

I'm using HMA Pro VPN, however, that is a coincidence. I assumed that the 'relay of volunteers' effectively behaved as a proxy for your real IP address.

My knowledge of this stuff is minimal but recently I have started to take an interest.
