Is this the first step toward Federal legalization?

One of the big problems in the US has been even though legalization has happened in many states, there are problems with federal laws.  this is a small step in the right direction.  They need to let the legal dispensaries operate without fear of federal interference.  

 

I think tourism will improve ...  anyone planning a trip to Colorado?  or Seattle?

Seen a doco about dispensaries sourcing security to transport the money made, sort of like an armour guard truck like in australia. Most of the security personnel have military back ground or secret service ties.
