Weak Plant

I planted a bag seed atleast a month ago and the little one is just not taking. I'm not using any nutes or anything. The soil is half 5 in 1 fertiliser and half potting mix. Its basically the worst way to grow it but I would have thought it would have been a bit bigger. Can anyone help me out with what I should do on a very minimum budget (230 bucks from ceno a fortnight).

This time of year out doors it wont do very much as all, the short and cold days the plant will be in servive mode because of the cold and short daylight hours.

 

Repot in some premium potting mix and get some cfl's and bring in side, keep it going till the weather is rite to put back out side...

I had a suspicion that was why. I've been putting it under our range hood (incandescent) during the night. I know it wont make it grow much at all but i'm just trying to give it as much light as possible. On my payday ill be buying a few cfl's and rigging up some sort of grow tent in my wardrobe. Thanks for the heads up.

Incandescent wont help the plant grow if any thing just keep it warm but cant see that with a ranghood.

Yeh i'm 21. Ive tried plenty of times to do a soil grow naturally but there either males or have to get pulled due to the people I hang around finding out (big mouths). I wish I had the money to buy even 1 fucking femenized seed but thats near impossible on what I get. I'll keep trying and hopefully one day I get a decent bag seed to clone and start from there. If I had the money I would have the biggest hydro setup possible due to my mum having a secluded house and she doesn't mind me growing one little bit.

Oh and also i've been told buy numerous people that putting a seedling into a very small pot or whatever will concentrate the nutrients in the soil making it grow quicker and up sizing as the roots get bound. Is that true?
