Vienna (AFP) - Opium poppy cultivation worldwide has reached its highest level in 16 years with number-one producer Afghanistan growing record amounts despite year-long Western efforts to eradicate the crop, the UN said Thursday.

U have to be really stupid or in a daily trance to not realise what's going on, properly doing the same as in Vietnam. If they really wanted to eradicate the poppy they could if they really wanted.
