Not that I agree with big pharma controling canna, but pollies can only bury their heads in the sand to the evidence of benifits from med canna for so long. They have to come up for a breath eventually.

 

Don't let them ignore the evidence, become pro-active.

heya Zen2U :sun:  I think they are stalling mainly...until they can work out a way to control the whole show.  from outlet to backyarders and closet growers.  they don't want to be SEEN as un-democratic, and they don't know how to serve their masters without doing so....oh, and they ain't that clever so it is taking awhil the silly blighters lol
