Wonder why it just cant be over,the people have spoken in more than what 22 states now.

They are pretty much trying to justify their existence, like the FBN and Anslinger before them I reckon.  I mean, when cannabis is legal federally the Light will show that the government has pretty much blown/wasted/misspent billions and millions of dollars on something that wasn't necessary in the first place.  tip of the iceberg internationally as we realize there is no such thing as a truthful government-don't matter what persuasion imo.
