The thin edge of the wedge I hope. It is good to see a civilised aproach to Marrijuana reform coming from countries that have turned their back on the past USA approach to the war on drugs. I hope it does not affect their International Aid as a slap for stepping out of line and saying there is a better way to deal with Marijuana.
