Interesting to see his dad was head of drug squad and states the he knows  for a fact that other officers would be supportive.

Too bad they are still ignorant of people using cannabis for anything short of life threatening illness.

 

I won't sign as they come across as selfish to me.

I think that they deserve support,  legislation will change in small, slow steps, regardless of what we as individuals think about what should be legal or not. I should say that I am supportive of legalisation for all.

 

Getting cannabis available to terminally ill patients is the first small step in broader acceptance. The old " thin edge of the wedge" , and its this reason IMO that there is political/ law enforcement resistance to established medical evidence. I just worry that it will pharmaceutical controlled expensive products, rather than allowing us to home grow strains that suit our personal needs.

 I would bet if things  get legalized for either medical or rec use . We will never be allowed to grow our own is this country !

  It will be a "controlled" product and choice will be limited . Fines for growing will go up not down . I hope I am wrong .
