Washington, Apr. 15 (ANI): Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley has signed a legislation decriminalizing marijuana possession. The state Senate gave final approval to the bill in a 34-8 vote, following which criminal penalties for possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana will be removed.
