So if I break into someone's home and brutally kill a member of the household while I am robbing the place - it's the drugs fault?

In court  probably won't admit to Ice use and only had 2 beers.......and be another "Cannabis induced Rage" kills kid.

RIP lil one, sad a life ends before it starts.
