Balls and hairs

Its a commercially available product, and it seemed to work last time, so I'l try it again. With regards to bugs, which ones, and (keep in mind im newbie grower) do you have to net the plants to stop them flying away??

They should do the job for bugs.  Since the chilli/garlic spray was purchased it might have actually killed the adults but not the eggs.  Bugs don't have that problem, they just eat until they starve from wiping out the spidermites.  They're not perfect though as they do things like shitting all over the plant so weigh up your options and go with what you think will work best for your situation.
