Hi all,

Just wondering if it is possible to keep a strain going on & on by taking clones from clones. I've heard that after a while the clones lose their vigour. Is this true? I am currently thinking of getting a motherplant chamber and take my cuttings off her but as always $$$ is a problem for the time being.

Theoretically you could keep doing it forever, personal experience with one strain (bubblegum) that degraded slowly over 2+ years has shown that it is not always the case but most growers are looking for a change of strain by then anyway, I replaced it with White Widow. :P
