Move over, California and Colorado, another state is upping its game in the recognition of marijuana as medicine. In an unprecedented, unanimous vote that has activists thrilled, the Kentucky Senate approved a bill this week allowing the use of derivatives such as oil of hemp and marijuana for medicinal purposes.
