Did I find someones discarded male plants in the bush?

I found these about 6 months ago and forgot to ask if they were male plants? The Structure looks very similar. There were about 6 of these plants about 50-90cm long scattered over about 20 metres. 

Was right near a water source too.

What do you all think?

I thought that too, although when I found this I had only just started growing and told my self I was just paranoid. Also this ended up being near my grow site which got ripped.. What's the bet it was these scumbags. Sad to know fellow growers ripped off my almost ready plants.
