3) how do you stop light leaks from your intak fan

No need for a intake Fan for a tent set up . A centrifugal will handle extraction and allow passive intake due to negative pressure .

A good centrifugal fan is a must , but noise will always be a issue .

I just got a new 150mm westaflex I am happy with .  Its 3 speed and seems to move alot more air then my old can fan 150 rs

There is no need for a intake fan .

You would use 1 centrifugal fan for extraction , the negative pressure created sucks air in through the path of lest resistance i.e side inlets or other ducting connected to your tent .

A tent sucks in on itself so any gaps or inlet will draw air and because of the negative pressure no smells escape .
