my girl is not having a good time..... :(

I would try repotting as well for sure it looks like the pot is a little on the small side. You want a really large pot for a large plant. The larger the pot the larger the root mass and the larger the root mass the more branches and bushy your plant will become. A rule of thumb I use for all potted plants is that you want to have some space between the ends of your branches to the outside rim of the pot. A plant in the ground grows outwards faster than upwards due to what they call the drip line which is the circumference of the top of the plant or canopy. When it rains the water drips off the the edge of the branch causing the roots to grow outwards.

In regards to soil I use the bets potting mix I can find and add some vermiculite to it as it helps with drainage and have just be advised to add some dolomite as well from some people on here. Also reducing the PH in your water will help heaps as I have just found out on here this week. PH should be around the 6.5 mark. Other than that I totally agree with the watering until you get 20% run off as for food I only use an organic liquid for in soil as chemicals can cause a build up of salts in the soil and we don't want that at all.

I am not trying to be an expert or anything just passing on some info that has been passed onto to me. Plus I know the pain of having a plant for so long and then something bad happening in my case I lost 4 plants at 3 months of age because I was to heavy handed with the feeding so remember "LESS IS MORE"

Good lucks with the lady and keeps us posted with recovery B)

Okay, so,

@ Coldasshonkey.

If you have been watering your plant a couple of litres everyday, then you have indefinitely been OVER watering your marijuana crop. In order to have the healthiest outcome for your plant, you need to let the plant fight for its water. Wait for the soil to become dry after each watering, and for the plant to show signs of thirst. Doing this allows the plant to absorb all the water and nutrients to its maximum potential rather than just flooding it completely and letting all the nutrients bleach out. Make the the plant fight for life, so that its more self-sustaining and resilient during the budding period.
Also check your pH levels, you can buy a testing kit very cheaply at your local bunnings or garden stores. You might have some acidity or alkaline problems.
It is also a good idea to make sure the nitrogen levels in the soil are not overwhelming otherwise the plant will burn.
Also you do live in a cooler climate, so cold snaps and heats snaps may have affected your plants. When did you plant it?
Hoping some of this helps. Give me some more of your growing conditions and I might be able to assist you a bit more.

Peace Hope this helps

mate that plant looks so thirsty,

it needs a massive drink of water,

over the hot summer days plants in pots get super stressed if theyre rootbound and underwatered.

if it was overwatered the soil would beak water logged and leaves would yellow and fall off rather than wilt that bad

good luck, they are hardy and will bounce back. 10 litres of water and put in shade for a while

First thing remember its a weed and weeds are not complicated to grow. Looking at your plant it really should be treated more like a tomato, and water it well twice a day every day making sure the drainage is good but the growing medium is never water logged. Keep it simple.

My advice to you would be next time make sure you buy seeds for beginners, easy to grow . most seed companies will advise you before you buy what is best for your abilities. What ever do not give up, I am from Scotland read the story of Robert the Bruce and take inspiration.
