Quick Q: About Nute Chaning

I use a 50 letre res hooked upto a u shaped pvc, Now, every nute change I usually take all the plants out and clean the PVC, now i really cant be fucked doing this anymore, is it ok to just run water through the system for 5 mins? would that hurt the plants? and then get them straight back on nutes.........

I don't think that'd be a problem mate, it'd be good for em' if you can give them the occasional 5 min flush with water every couple of nute tank changes

Thx champ, WIll make my life alot easier. also one other thing i should check up is how to actually mix nute up properly??? all i do (in my 10 letre tubs.) i put 1 letre in, then part a then 5 letres and mix, then stop and add up part b and add that in and fill up to 10 letre and thats about it.... is that ok? there any better way of doing it?

yeah buy a truncheon

 

I use 3/4 a cup of my A+B to 25 litres of water and it works out roughly 2.8 ec.
