Nice looking plant! Great structure to her, reckon she would love LST as someone mentioned previously. 

Yeah I always have a few lower leafs die off fairly early when they aren't getting light any more, although yours looks a bit fungal just be careful with how often you're watering.

Careful about heat stress, that pots gonna get hot in the sun. 

Looking the goods though, keep it happening
