FYI, some might see this and think im over exaggerating... I'm not

 

If anything, it's on the light side. I was buying 3x casks of 5L goon (48x standard drinks each) a week

 

If I have just a little bit of chuff, I dont need the booze.

 

Fuck I hate myself when im on booze

I quit 17 weeks ago after 25 years of everyday drinking. Haven’t had one since.

I was drinking a bottle everyday or 2 in my younger years, cognac at that..... cut that out and went back to full time herbs. Cut that out aswell..... now I enjoy a few ales in the warmer months, sometime on a Friday I mite grab a 4 pack aswell....... I find most of the time I drink outta boredom, these days I have no time for a hang over! Feel good while having a few...... but pay for it to heavy now! Just doesn’t make sense to drink often
