the tips of plants leaves are drying out and dying?

hey guys a am having a little problem with one of my plants, i have about 7 all doing fine except one. They are in the ground but the soil they are in is a heavy clay so i had to put mostly organic compost with added gypsum to help them out also there is some blood and bone ferts mixed in and coco choir. the plant that is struggling was doing fine till put in the ground and the tips of the leaves are drying out (or burning). sorry i don't have pics up as they would help a lot. i am thinking maybe too much ferts as it looks well watered yet the leave tips are starting to turn brown and spread inward like cancer! any suggestions would be helpful

Have you tried checking your soil PH?

Nute burn can also be the culprit.

how old is your weed plant and is it a different strain from the ones doing good?

Could be too much salt as well adding all the fert, N burn sounds agreeable as well.
You need a bit of aeration in there aswell Maybe some sand to break it up.

no i haven't checked the ph but might be a bit out from the looks of things. She is about 3 months old and the same strain and age as the others. thanks for the suggestions might re plant with some new soil and some sand this time and see how it goes
