What's wrong with my cannabis plant?pls help

My baby is 5days old and something wrong with it:(This is my first time growing cannabis i need your help guys

Patience grasshopper. Sometimes they come out of the seed pod a little deformed. Give it time. Remember not too much water or it will drown.

The medium you have the seedling in, the white powder looking stuff on the top to me looks like nute salts have built up in the soil or it is mold.

 

Have you been feeding it any nutes?

 

Imo it looks like you have over fed it and the medium needs a good flush.

 

Then only feed with a nute one a week at most and only a lite nute mix till it gets older and can take a stronger mix...

aint used nute, just water , i think the white staff is mold,is that bad or good??bay the way whats nutes mean? nutrients or fertilizer??sorry just a newb thanks

From the other pics still looks like a nute build up, if ya havent been using nutes it must be in the mix u are using.

 

Is it a soil or mix u made up or a payed for potting mix, some potting mixers can be nasty and kill ya plants...

new potting mix from bunnings,is called osmocote premium,should i repot my plants?and what potting mix should i get?and what fertilizer good for veg and flowering you can get from bunnings?thanks
