well im nearing the end, my plants leaves are almost dead, the buds seem fine, but wat im worried about is all this rain...

the excessive melbourne rain, and no sun. my plant seems to be dying, should i wait until next good day of sun or has all the thc literally been washed off?

Thc isn't water soluble so they should be ok in that regard. Hope it works out man. Damn shame. God can be a bit of a cunt at times.

Keep the plant under cover if you can, make sure it can dry out. You'll end up with some serious budrot problems if it's constantly wet and cold.

 

Plastic sheeting or some kind of tarpaulin, (as good for light penetration as you can get) would be a good way for keeping them plants dry in times of big wets.

 

That said, it may end up being better for ya to harvest them now and get em dry before mould/rots do set in. Take one bud and see if it's got any probs after manicuring, you'll soon see if there's a rot or mould problem.

 

If it's holding up though, you could do okay if you keep the rain off it. Rain itself isn't harmful, it's the constant drenching and moisure in the buds themselves over long periods of dark that can encourage these problems.

 

Any other members got some thoughts?

yeh man thats me...i couldnt be bothered finding my old threads to continue...and had new questions to ask.

 

my roof was the ideal spot because it had the best sun impact, and is well hiddin from nosey neighbors, and the rest of my backyard is pretty dark.

well i seperated up all the buds to hang and dry...

 

its really small, its nothing compared to the rest of you's guys/gals 2oz per plants but ah well
