I'm looking to provoke some healthy discourse   

 

I personally find the en masse slaughter of any animal quite disturbing, particularly if it is a bi product of our entertainment. These animals are pushed past the limits of their bodies (by incessant whipping and scaring the shit out of them) and something gives; then they eat a bullet.

 

The greyhound industry is no better; the cleaners the morning after can attest to the bodies of the perpetual slow runners.

I often wonder how many folk would go to the "races" if there was no gambling allowed?

Me thinks the so called "sport" would go arse-up very quickly.
