It's a small win, but a win none-the-less.  I would not call it legalization because there will be no legal shops or growing (probably because the state law prevents it)...but it is good you can carry 2.5 oz and not be hassled.

 

2014 mid-term elections next year, maybe some more US states go down the legalization path.
