Man Arrested After Cannabis Haul

POLICE have arrested a 35-year-old NSW south coast man after seizing $120,000 worth of cannabis in a raid on a house at Nowra.

 

A large quantity of dried and drying cannabis along with hydroponic equipment, a firearm and ammunition were found when the police carried out a search warrant about 3am (AEST) yesterday.

 

They arrested a resident, charging him with possession of a prohibited drug and firearms offences.

 

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Nowra Local Court on May 10.
