What do they expect, what else do people get up to in toowoomba ? hehe...

Didnt they know? Drugs occasionally cause psychotic behaivour... ... .. in those that have never taken them. I'm sure some of us know a few family members who have become psychotic having never taken them.... They only need to hear the word .... hahaha. I have disowned those family members.... i kid, there are none.

You get the same in every community in this country, from suburb to suburb, town to town. Sorry Toowoomba, but the issues you have are no different to anywhere else in Australia.

Here's a novel thought, why don't you decriminalise one of those substances, ( the least harmful of course, ie: Cannabis) and tell us what happens to your crime rate then...................
