Tips for wardrobe growing?

Recommended Posts

5 Oz for my grow fridge in 10 weeks and thats pushing it.

Anymore than 250 watts and you are just wasting Money on electricity.

I use a cool tube and a seperate 150mm duct at the top of the fridge, and you can expect 4 to 5 degree difference between input temp and Canopy level.

Having the ballast inside or outside the grow space CAN make a difference.

Using a cool tube DOES make a difference. I noticed it when my housemate and I invested in the first one. We bought two more for the two flower tents immediately.

My first indoor grow, in a drobe, was without a cool tube though. I was in Brisbane. Even in the summer, without the AC going, temps inside the drobe were within acceptable limits.

Oh, ventilation is a major influencing factor too. I had awesome ventilation, even if I do say so myself. ^_^

FWIW, I'm not anti-LED. They have a place. I just don't think that place is for flowering IMHO. But hey, each their own. It's people trying different things and sharing what they learn that helps us grow, no pun intended.  :peace:

I'm actually keen to do a side by side by side grow. I want to use same strain for all three grow. One: indoors, with HID. Two: indoors, with LED. Three: Outside, in full sun.

Really, REALLY, keen. Can't rn though. Hopefully I should be right to within the next 12 months though. I want to time it with the outdoor season for a 3 sided grow.
