Hey guys I'm still pretty new to the hobby and I'm loving learning all about it as I go, I have 2 seedlings going at the moment all is going well so far! I just have a question that might seem dumb.. Forgive me if it is as I said new to the hobby, just wondering how a hydro seed would go in a pot outside ?? Im assuming not too well considering the strand would be used to alot more light but just wondering if anyone's tried it at all or is it just stupid to try at all?

ALL cannabis will grow outside..... its a plant. There is no difference in the seeds. They just cannabis seeds.

You should of chucked them outside Fathers Day....... to have a Harvest by Mothers Day...... usually the rough time.

Read some stuff in Cannaversity here mate, you'll learn a lot about 'strains' or strands as you call em..... hehe.

peace. Nibbler.

Can be done retic style easy. Sink a res into the ground and pump nutes to your pots on a timer.  Sit your pots on trays that have drain lines going back to res..

You could also do run to waste using coco..

now i realise i read your question wrong. ^^^^^ The HAsh NIbbler is correct it will grow regardless what medium. Maybe grow them in hydro outdoors lol

I need more coffee

It'll be fine. "Hydro" specific strains are that due to size, not due to how much light they require.

There is no such thing as a "Hydro" specific strain. Any plant can be grown with hydroponics.

PS... the sun is alot brighter than lighting used indoors. I assume by "hydro" you mean indoor grown?

dont laugh but i did put a big outdoor loving plant from not to far out nimbin in a hydro setup on 4 weeks veg was a spectacular mess but on a dedicated setup could produce some truly large yields moral of the story anything grows outside but not everything is suited to growing indoors. grow hard or grow home whitey puffing out

Hence my use of inverted commas...

Phyto understood me. I was referring to strains that are commonly grown indoors and in hydro setups.
