Marijuana In My System....

For the last few months now i have been smoking daily and i was wondering how long it takes for my system to be clean marijuana for say a blood or urine test. I know that its roughly 28 days but i have been smoking heavily and expected it to take longer but recently i heard off a friend that the more you smoke the quicker it leaves your system due to your body being more immune to it. Also is there anything that can mask the cannabis in my system to keep blood or urine tests from picking it up. Any help would be appreciated
