The roots will grow out your pots once their established I would not be moving them

the only other thing you can do is plant some quick growing flowers/vegies around your plants to cover them and train your beans along the ground easy to grow a 6+ft plant thats a minimum height, all my grows have been done in rentals never a drama just gota be stealthy alot of pre thought and design goes a long way

it is a great idea I have done it a few times when i was dropping a few plants in the bush, deff helped with maintaining water in the root zone, stopped the surrounding roots of other plants robbing my bitches on nutrients, kept the root zone cool as it in the ground which is a lot cooler than the ground surface and like stated if i feel the spot has been compromised I can easily dig them out and move them.

Of course burying pots will effect drainage. If height restrictions is the issue, exercise your LST skills and do a tribe of tie-downs. I am amazed every time I've done tie-down's at how much bud I can pull, two feet from the ground. Don't forget to drought stress!
