Herbie's Head Shop - My positive experience

Hi all. This is my first post. I hope I've put it in the right place and that it's appropriate content. 

 

I just wanted to report an excellent experience that I had with the wonderful folk at Herbie's Head Shop. I bought a small amount of seeds from them (with a few freebies thrown in). There are two things that I want to emphasize about my experience with them. 

 

1. Great customer service, and when my first package was seized by customs (arseholes...) I notified them and they immediately sent an identical replacement package, which arrived a few days later. 
2. The first package used 'stealth packaging', selected via their web order form. The second package did not use stealth. I spoke to the customer service rep about this, and he/she confirmed that, for reasons which I cannot discuss here, stealth packaging is actually less likely to make it through customs than an un-stealthy delivery is. This might be worth thinking about with your future orders. 

Just wanted to share with everyone. I hope that it's useful for some people to know this, at least! 

 

[Edit: I originally put too much information about packaging in this post, so I re-worded it to remove information which might make it easier for customs to detect seed orders in future. ]

please edit your post to remove the method of postage.  we wouldnt want customs knowing what to look for as it would make it harder for others to get their seeds.

Customs would know how seeds are sent by now. The only thing that makes it half safe is that it's impossible for them to scan every envelope and parcel coming through.
