Schapelle Corby has moved closer to an early release after stumping up $10,000 in cash and winning crucial support for her parole application from the governor of Bali's notorious Kerobokan jail.

So she has to pony up $10,000 to get six months out of prison and is still expected to undertake moral and religious instruction after being released?  I knew the criminal justice system was a joke over there but what right do they have to force religion down her throat at all?  I couldn't care what religion people follow but they should be free to decide for themselves without outside influence especially if that influence is forced upon an individual by a government.  Whats going to happen if she doesn't like the religion they choose for her? It is a Muslim nation after all and she might consider herself a Christian or even have no belief in a high power after being stuck in that shit hole for so long.  Will she go back to prison until she believes? how can her moral or religious beliefs even be tested?

 

Indonesia is lucky I'm not PM of Australia because I would tell them in no uncertain terms that what they're doing is wrong, I would get Croby and any other locked up Australian out of Indonesia's prisons by force if required and I would be willing to go to war over it.  I woudln't care about the international shit storm that would erupt, forcing religion on people is absolutely wrong no matter what the reason.

unfortunately neither politics or religion comes into play here it is the 'Almighty Dollar' - Indonesian authorities  are corrupted more than my old hard drive . - it's even in the police culture to ask for bribes, they do it all the time.
