I have been using the Proganics PK 13:14... no probs, but it does up the pH significantly so be ready with the pH meter.

I tested out the one part grow... not terribly impressed. It will grow plants but it doesn't actually work out any cheaper than Canna Coco A+B (even at the inflated price of $45 that I have to pay) because it's half the volume and you need to use a fair whack of it each feed.

Also, you have to supplement trace elements (or run into deficiencies) and you can't keep it in the cupboard, from one grow to the next, because after about 3 months the nutrient salts begin precipitate out of solution.

So from me that's - thumbs up for the PK, but thumbs down for the one part grow.

Edit... the grow and bloom are the same shit in different bottles ;)

hey louise have you bought any canna nutes recently? i ask because i was in my local hydro store not long ago and i was asking about canna nutes and he said they have watered them all down and removed the humic and fulvic from the base nutes as well. he claims they have done it on the sly but if you check your bottles the NPK ratio will be different and the little bit at the bottom of the front label that says includes humic and fulvic is gone too. and apparently if you read the back of the label the mix rates have changed as well and you are now supposed to use more per litre than before.

just wondering if you have bought any lately have you noticed any differences? im not really familiar with canna so i couldnt even tell you if what he is saying is true. although i have been with this guy for a while and he has never steered me wrong yet. just thought i would put it out there so you could check for yourself and sorry if im spouting untrue rumours. but it might pay just to check what your getting before you buy them again because the new bottles are already on the shelves

Bought nutrients about 3 months ago... had a look at the bottles and they don't seem to have changed. My local supplier might not go through the stock as quickly as a metro store though... I probably wont buy more A+B for a while but thanks for the heads up, I will keep it in mind to check the bottle labels.

hey louise i have some of the PK from proganics, How/when and wat dosage did you use it on your grows?

Would you say it is on par with the canna pk?

Im in coco aswell

In the past I have used it regularly during flower at between 0.5ml/L and 1.5ml/L... this last grow I have used much less pk and, if anything, the buds are better... so still gathering data on additives.

cool. i dont mean to be a scare monger, especially since im not familiar with canna. he did show me the labels but i dont remember the old ones so.... im sure if it was true and i was using them i would want to know so i thought it may be worth mentioning.
