if you planted them outside, it will depend greatly on the enviormental conditions....if it was too cold at night that would have led to slow germination of your seeds.

 

next time if you want quick germination times, start the seeds inside in a glass of water, or in a wet towel between two plates.

The seeds were soaked for 48 hours in warm water, then planted into seed raising mix and left indoors.

Grown quite a few different strains this year, the only ones to be this slow were the Early Skunks, cheers

Sorry mate, thought this was ya thread , and assumed you were outdoors. In your case genetics or maybe age of seeds could play a role.

3 weeks is a unusally long germination time. Sounds like some kind of seed dormancy stalled germination.
