Unknown/Sativa genetics

Hello, new to the forum and hoping to join the upcoming season.

 

I was gifted some beans from a friend in the north last year. The flowers I got to try had the most powerful sativa high I have tried. Even with a poor season it was better than well grown indoor SSH, Jack Herer and Kali Mist.

 

This is the info he got from the grower;

Origin - '70-75 bag seed in North QLD

Flowering - consistent 20 weeks or more

 

Hasn't been crossed with another plant. High fem rate. Drops all fan leaf and most off the bud leaf.

1 in 10 plants turns purple, always grows in the classic Christmas tree shape with heavy yields.

Buds had long purple hairs with thin bright green bud leaf.

 

Anyone seen anything similar?

Maybe a souvenir of Vietnam.

 

Classic sativa strains that you know, grew or miss?

 

Hopefully the seeds are still viable but I'm working on getting fresh stock,

Vietblack, Haobac, 1990Cambodian, PureGooey , Hawaiiancross.

Im pretty concentrated on Vietnamese as you!!

ACE seeds do a viet black cross called Orient express that sounds absolutely Fantastic
