Hey all.

Little prob with my dwc bubbler. Its a new grow/set up and the clones have only been in the tub for 3 days. they are still standing but the leaves have a lot of yellow/orange/brown spots and are quite droopy. The droopyness I put down to the pot up but the spots are a worry. Could this also be down to the pot up and light change? or a deficiency??  I am using rain water, pre bubbled and the water temp is 22deg, room temp averaging around 26/27deg. Cooltube is about 600m away from the plants. Nutes are Cultiplex 2 part vegg atm, plus rootstym......

Any help or direction would be awesome.

take it easy

i spray my plants with lights on 2 even 3 times a day when lights on up to 2 weeks into flower no more.

haze

Sorry haze I didn't meant to offend, misting is something some growers believe in,some don,t

If a plant has a healthly root system and its able to get all its requirements through its roots,I see no need to mist or foliar feed.

Then there's your problem,if they have a root system, there is no need to be spraying them, most certainly not under the light

Hey Green.

No root system yet, only potted up 4 days ago. After your previous post I checked the water in the spray bottle and the ph was about 7.5/8.0.....? Replaced with 5.5ph and a lil rootstym. Misting twice a day. Had no more spotted leaves and they are looking healthier and are growing....!  :)

Cheers!

It's amazing isn't it with clones.

Some growers say do this because if you don't then...etc etc.

Some growers say the exact opposite because..etc etc.

Buy seeds is my advice, Clones take far too much patience and even then you'll be lucky to get any to strike.

They always look so cute and pretty for about a week and then that's about it.

In my decades of succesful grows, I've only had a few clones, maybe 5% actually work.

All I can add is I wish you heaps of luck and if you have some success then PLEASE continue posting with your secrets.
