7 Day old seedling, only 1 set of leaves, advice?

Heya mate, nice plants. Yeah, if ya have a few duct openings up top, run a seperate set up for your cooltube, use the 150mm inline you have, take it off inlet.

make sure you draw the air for the cooltube from OUTSIDE the tent, then run your filter as high as you can get it, and take that outer filter cover off and just vacuum the filter weekly.

That wil move more air, and let the intake become passive , which will make the tent negative pressure as well and keep the smell in.

Thanks for the advice nibs, I was considering the separate setup through the cooltube but wasn't sure exactly how. So the fan will be sucking air from the window through the cooltube and back outside? And the centrifugal will be sucking through the filter outside also. 

I get the concept of the negative pressure and it sounds like it would help cause at the moment I'm leaving the side flap open when lights are on because of the heat, but its starting to smell a little and I wont be able to do that once I switch to flower I don't think? Only concern with the passive intake, is the grow room (room my tent is in) gets pretty damn hot and I don't think the air will be very cool. Would that be a worry?

Week 5 for the one in doubt, but that's including seedling stage. 5 weeks since it popped the surface.. The other plant is a week ahead but it has well and truly showed its sex already. What do you think? I'm not really sure about the time frame I have to pull it out if its a male.

It can be hard to tell when they are in veg, a lack of pistils that is the main indicator. I've had males delayed in veg in week 8-9, still with very small underdeveloped looking preflowers. But once you switch to 12/12 it becomes obvious pretty quickly, this is one of mine after 1 week under 12/12:
