Cops may be arse holes, thugs, liars etc etc but they aren't all that dumb, they will never give up an opportunity to pull someone over if the see the slightest problem with a car.

You have to wonder how someone dealing with those sorts of quantities could be so poor, and so stupid, to be carrying large commercial quantities in an unregistered pus bucket.  Makes me wonder if there shouldn't be a stoner equivalent of the Darwin Awards.  Rule number 1 - tell nobody.  Rule number 2 - do nothing to attract the attention of the police.

hes just a mule. someone higher up kicks him the weed and says deliver this shit. hes probably been driving around unregistered for a while like a fool and the higher ups probably just assumed since hes driving his car is registered otherwise they probably wouldnt have sent him.

 

at least that is my take on the situation at face value
