first post! need some help with fertilizers!

hello lovley forum members!!

im currently living on an island in SA (its named after a jumping animal

ive started a small grow 2-3 plants.

i started about 2weeks ago and left them outside during the day and brought them inside away from the cold at night, they got about 7-9hrs of sunlight a day.

as the weathers getting shitier i got 2 cfl's (25watt) and keep them inside under them when its cold or wet and windy, and take them outside when its nice and sunny.

im probably going to keep them in some form of light 24hr, so ill get strong sustainable stems, for

once it warms up a little and they're mature enough im going to plant them outside.

my question is, as im on an island (which one youll have to geuss based on my clue...) its hard to get ahold of nutes and ferts. i bought 'yates soulable all pourpose fertilizer' but cant figure out how much to use on my plants without hurting them? we have a mitre 10 here and another family run warehouse, do you suggest anything better then the yates product (in the sameish price range?)

You can buy nutes on ebay.  Its not ideal but there is a good range at reasonable prices and they get delivered to your door pretty discreetly.

but im not sure i want to spend that much on it. were talking about 30-50$ on the nutes and then 10-20$ shipping....

i kinda just want to use something i can find in a hardware store, like mitre10.
