Ok guys, heres the dillo!

I've been reading up and hear that sum ppl dilute stuff like vanilla essence and feed it to their plants and it gives the bud and the smoke a diff flavour? does this actually work or am i just gunna kill the plant, i think it was a table spoon when watering a 40.5cm plant one every 3 days lol

Yup. Crap. IMO.

 

You can place a vannilla bean pod into the curing jars and get a bit of scent, perhaps flavour added that way, but there's been nothing out there to convince me that flavours can be drawn into plants via watering. lol

 

The stuff smells and tastes lovely anyway, all strains are different, and there are thousands of aromatic compounds and various flavinoids in pot which results in a vast spectrum of flavours in the weed. You'd be better off breeding to produce a flavour/scent than trying to soak it in something. lol

The flavouring DOES work, it doesnt give it a taste when burnt or anything and only a small taste difference,

I use a thing called Final FLush and its supposed to make the bud strawberry flavoured. It worked a little but dont expect a huge flavour. it kinda just takes the edge off the green taste,
