A DUBBO woman was arrested and bail refused when a small amount of cannabis was found in her vehicle.

At 2am Saturday, a 34-year-old woman was stopped by members of Orana Local Area Command while in her vehicle for her alleged manner of driving.

After passing a roadside breath test, the woman allegedly refused to supply a urine sample to test for illicit drugs.

She was later charged with driving under the influence (DUI), refusing to supply a urine sample and possession of a prohibited drug.

Yeah that is fucked up... arrested and refused bail for a 'small amount of cannabis'.

 

Roadside piss test? That has to be a misprint... any copper knocking on my window with a sample jar will be politely refused... I don't piss on demand.
