A Pic Of My Plant:)

Recommended Posts

Bloody lovely mate.

Try using a magnifying glass held right up against the camera, you can usually get some fairly good closeups that way. lol Might take a bit of practice, but it does work pretty well.

Looks like a nice strong strain mate, I noticed you have a bit of a mite problem eh? Not much you can do about it at this stage really, but to produce so well with what appears to be a fairly heavy mite pop is a great effort mate. ;) You should be very, very chuffed with yourself. lol

Let us know how she smokes up after harvest eh?

 Well I cut her down on sunday and hung her out in my laundry room to dry. Should be ready to go into jars today or friday.

Where I live it is really dry over the summer.( 10-15% humidity on average) Great for growing pot as the plants pump out heaps of thc to protect themselves from drying out. But as you can see from the pic it also means there are plenty of mites and leafhoppers about. I had tons of leafhoppers up in my veg patch feeding off my tomatoes. The MJ plant had some damage but seemed to not be affected to terribly much. I was somewhat lucky in that besides the leafhoppers there are also plenty of bugs around that feed on the leafhoppers( ladybirds, praying mantis, spiders).

The strain is bronzewhaler from MJOZ. Smoking a bowl now, the taste is really smooth. I have noticed that after a bowl, getting motivated to do something seems to go right out the window :D

I left a fair bit of bud on the plant so that now I can put her under my 400hps to reveg so I can get some cuttings. I plan on growing them under the light at night, and then bringing them out into the sun during the day for a winter grow. Hopefully I will be able to keep the plants going over winter so I will have some nice seedlings to put out next sept.
