Police have seized 600 kilograms of cannabis plants worth an estimated $8.6 million in a western New South Wales town.

 

The plants were discovered at a property at Capertee, north of Lithgow, during a raid by the drug squad and state protection officers this morning.

 

Seven men aged between 20- and 51-years-old have been charged with drug offences and are due to appear in Lithgow local court tomorrow.
