URBANA — A Champaign man who admitted he possessed cannabis in his home more than a year ago has been sentenced to two years of probation. Vasily G. Baycharov, 26, who listed an address in the 300 block of East Green Street, pleaded guilty earlier this week to possession of between 30 and 500 grams of cannabis. read more
