Cannabis has no reported deaths from the sole use of the drug, combined with other substances however?

Alot of the synthetic offerings have disclaimers like not for human consumption, or are sold as incense. If those consuming them suffer from adverse reactions, and ignore these disclaimers, then its their own bloody fault.

This synthetic crap is also making a mockery of cannabis. There is absolutely no beneficial aspect of synthetic cannabis, no healing properties, it causes death for fucks sake. Ban the shit, save some lives, legalise cannabis, heal the populace.

Synthetic canabis was developed only to be used as a substitute for researching cannabinoids legally on rats receptors not humans.
