At least the cannabis dealer tests his weed on himself before selling it, this shit isn't even tested.

I've tried a few types of synthetic cannabis, not something I feel proud of nor something I will do again. The last lot actually had me worried I was going to die and started to get stuck on a mental loop till the high cleared a bit... But yeah, highly recommend staying away from this shit and do as Nibbs suggests... feel free to let your regular stores you might visit know this stuff is dangerous and they are putting lives at risk...
