Good on em'! Cannabis, or more importantly, the Hemp industry, is possibly one of the ways poorer nations may be able to increase their economy. Legalizing cannabis will save lives:-)

Pity the Australian Federal government weren't considering it... imagine if the Gillard government announced this as an election platform.... with the view on legalisation roughly about 40% of the population in favour I wonder if it would drive the more 'appathetic' voters to cast a vote in support?
